Random is random there is no such thing as a 14 day cut off. All other athletes can do the tests and break records so why is Manny an exception? Floyd needs to just move on and fight someone else if Manny don't want to play ball. By the way Floyd already said no cut off days. Check it out for yourself!!!!!!

floyd is scared of pac.plain and simple.Coz Money knows Manny is someone who can seriously challenge his so called "unblemished" record. Money cannot dictate the rules of the game, he is not the athletic commission. Whatever is already acceptable is what should be exercised and olympic style drug testing is just not one of them.

This is just another ploy of Money so he can avoid losing to a legitimate challenger. He may be unbeaten but that's the problem as people still seriously question his ability to take on legitimate challengers in the welterweight division. Kevin Lole of yahoo sports was right, he should move up to middleweight and see if he can challenge a naturally bigger guy.

Manny, on the other hand, is not afraid of anyone. If he did not have advisers on his side, the guy would probably take on the Klitchkos LOL

Which one is it Manny really?... But also if I remember correctly after Manny turned it down the first time Floyd said they'd never offer him a cut off date again if they negotiated a fight in the future so i hope people aren't getting their hopes up...
