Canelo doesn't have the power to KO bigger guys like GGG. That's probably why he didn't want to move up in the 1st place. Lemieux is really a super middleweight. Is an average boxer put his power is too much for the smaller guys... That's probably why we never ever heard him mention Jacobs

I guess Dela Hoya isn't fussy who's title they can get for Canelo . I'd love to see both GGG and Lemeiux NOT fight Canelo at all just to send a message to crooked promoters like Dela Hoya that they can no longer control the outcome of fights. Like GGG, Lemeiux would have to knock Canelo out in order to escape with their title (Lemeiux should easily destroy Saunders). Dela Hoya will control the judging and referee in order to win the fight for Canelo. It's really a shame because Canelo is a pretty good fighter who if allowed to win on his own merits would have at least 3 losses now but would still be an exciting, dangerous opponent. Instead he's opted to win by corrupt scoring in order to keep the money flowing in. Is their any doubt that Mayweather and GGG won by wide decisions and Lara easily outboxed him yet shockingly lost! Time to send a message to these crooked promoters

Is there any history of home-town decisions in Canadian boxing?
