Can we all agree Fury is the reason why Wilder-Fury rematch won’t happen ?

The Fury - Wilder rematch deserves to be a BIG promotion.

Uncle Bob needs some time to build awareness for both of these guys.

They have the chops to be stars.

Let’s be honest, Wilder has extremely low name ID among US sports fans.

If it's true that Fury was offered 50/50 on Showtime on a one fight deal and Wilder was offered 50/50 on ESPN for a 5 fight deal then yeah, Tyson Fury just ducked Deyonce for now.

Unless Deyonce asked for an offer to tempt him to a long term contract just like Fury?

Team Wilder got played by Fury, they were trying to use Joshua to build his profile while Fury was using Wilder to build his.

I bet Deyonce wishes he didn't go along with that lineal champion nonsense now.

The offer Arum sent is a promotional deal. He doesn't have to take it to make the fight. Arum said if they want the fight next it's fine.

        Stop the bull****.

If Wilder refuses to negotiate or turns down a fair offer (50/50 or better) for a Fury fight then it's on Wilder.

I've seen Wilder fans crying because nobody was offering their hero any big money deals .. then when Arum does just that, they start crying even louder! Seems like these clowns aren't happy unless they are crying, complaining, and bytching about something.

Arum offered Wilder a multi-fight deal, which included a fight with Fury. He also sent him a simple one off fight offer. Nobody knows the terms of either of those offers, and nobody is putting a gun to Wilder's head either.

Making a counter offer is not ducking, it's negotiating.

It's a bit funny but also kinda childish when you make up little nicknames for a fighter you don't like.
But whatever makes you feel better I guess .

Fury’s not negotiating the fight. He’s a fighter trying to make a living. Top Rank has a lot of dates and not enough quality fighters.

That's not a counter offer though is it? From what I can work out they've offered the rematch as part of a 5 fight package only, with the guy making the offer (Arum) suggesting both guys have interim fights first.

                      Unless I've misread.
