    Creatine, Protien, and other **** like that weakens heart

    I back to this forum and really startin to get sick of people tryin to find a faster way to get better heres the keyword "HardWork" if you wanna be a good fighter thats the only way people are always tryin to find the easy way out.

    For u's that use it and work hard u r cheatin urselves because i believe when u train u train ur heart little by little, using **** like this gets ur results faster wit less pain, which takes away to other unoticable concepts of training so what if ur ripped or fat you put in the work u'll do fine but it gets anooying see how many of you post threads on that **** thinkin its doin you good... thats just my input and im not sayin anything to the people using it, im just sayin its a waste of money and watch if u stop usin it youll find u'll be workin harder and when you accomplish ur goal you'll enjoy it much more.

    Creatine is produced naturaly in your body but taking it as a supplement can be hard on your liver with the whole water retaining. But Protein weaken your heart? thats ****ed protein is something that your body NEEDS to live i suggest you take Biology 12 before you make these ****** assumptions

      no u misunderstood me im not talking about your heart physically im talkin about ur will in boxing known as heart, that type im sayin it gets u where you wanna go faster protein not so much but creatine ad steroids they take away from ur will cause u dont need to train as hard and or u can train harder wit out it... by the way dont comment on this unless u read the top passage if u read that u'd understand what i was talkin about.

        I understand what your trying to say, but I used to take creatine for powerlifting and building up before I started boxing. Creatine gave me extra power and strength but that does not mean I was slacking off and not working as hard as the man next to me. I still had to be focused and driven in order to train.

        I wouldn't say a boxer who takes creatine doesn't have to work as hard as his fellow pugilists because boxing requires a high level of skill. No amount of creatine or steroids can make you a skilled boxer quicker than someone who doesn't take them. I don't take creatine now because I don't think it's of any use to me in learning how to box.

          taking creatine and protein wont make u work less, it will make u work harder! if u recover quicker, and are getting stronger, y would u not work out as hard? i dont take creatine jus cuz i would rather buy other stuff like glutamine and protein, but to say it doesnt make u work as hard is a little biased. and i dont think its cheating if u take supps, i think if u take right ones, its bettering urself.

              wow i better stop eating protein!!!

              seriously, protein should be a large part of your diet whether you train or not. creatine is absorbed through many different foods. large quan****** such as the quan****** body builders use can raise testosterone levels causing increases in blood pressure but it does take alot to do any damage. and very little to get results

                  Why does everyone over complicate this alls im sayin is it by using certian supplaments you decrease pain... when working out pain is what builds ur will... by using this you dont get the full effect of ur workout (mentally)... u prolly arnt gonna agree but i have my opinions and use have urs but i respect everyone 4 givin an honest anwser.

                    I have been listening to people promote the latest fad in food supplements for decades. They have yet to explain how these dirt poor, half starved Mexicans are so tough.
