        As far as I know, no supplement has ever decreased the amount of pain I've gone through when training.

              haha, I'm actually on a bit of a quest to GAIN weight after my failure to lose enough to get to 64kg. Right now I'm sitting around 68kg, haha although even still, I try to stay clear of the beer and sausage.

                both of these things are naturally found in meat and taking them doesnt make u work less it makes u work more be3cause u can recover only in excess do these things do physical damage to ur body
