Dudes. Just hit the scale. 169 lbs. At night. I'm usually 175-176 at night, 172-173 in the morning. That's a loss of nearly six pounds in three, almost four days; not muscle and not water weight. One more week at this rate -- assuming there's this much more in there to shed -- and I'll be solidly in middleweight. Perhaps permanently. I'm going to do the whole month, as recommended.
