detoxify diet

    Dudes. Just hit the scale. 169 lbs. At night. I'm usually 175-176 at night, 172-173 in the morning. That's a loss of nearly six pounds in three, almost four days; not muscle and not water weight. One more week at this rate -- assuming there's this much more in there to shed -- and I'll be solidly in middleweight. Perhaps permanently. I'm going to do the whole month, as recommended.

    So far, I am very, very impressed by this stuff.

      Good stuff, some of it will be fat without a dout but am guessing ur ****ting more too,with bulkier stools which will contribute to ur weight loss.

        167 this morning. Two pounds to go. I can cinch up by belt one more notch, too.

        IMO, a boxer would be nuts to not do this.

          Yeah i did the lemon, pepper, mayple syrup fast two weeks ago for only five days and I feel much better. Just get off the diet slow...OJ then some veggie Soup.

            why cant you just go on a diet that makes you **** alot ?
            and eat lots of fibre?

            drink lots of fluids and have vitamins and minerals aswell.

              That's exactly what I'm doing. Pysllium is pure fiber, the coarsest you can get, kind of the nutritional equivalent of ingesting a pound of steel wool. It's scraping out my insides, getting rid of extra weight that's been packed in there over the last 15-20 years. Awesome.

                fraidy have you noticed a noticeable change in your appearance? do you look really lean and cut wven with those 8 pounds or is it basically teh same?

                  It's only six pounds if I measure morning to morning or evening to evening, but to answer your question, there's very little difference in my physique. The only thing is that my stomach right above my beltline is flatter, and feels harder and more "fit" all the way around. I look healthier with my shirt off than I did a week ago, but it's not like I'm suddenly ripped. One notch on my belt, that's it.

                  The black stuff is still coming out, BTW. I still have more weight to lose, I guess. Gonna get it all out of there. Hell, I might be a welterweight by the time I'm done!

                    so if i did a "1 week religious fast" with that Pysllium. it should be ok... is that stuff safe??

                      From all appearances, it's perfectly safe. Just drink enough water right afterward so it doesn't solidify in your throat and choke you.

                      I take a pill in the evenings that is an herbal blend that is supposed to help shed the lining of the colon -- which is, from what I've been reading, what the twisted black rubbery stuff is. Then I take the psyllium twice a day (morning and night) and eat light -- clear soup and toast, protein shakes, Lean Cuisine. I'm not fasting; I'm taking in about 1500 calories a day.

                      I would imagine that this is not something you will be able to do before every fight and lose 5-10 lbs. each time -- it took my whole life -- 35 years -- to get all this built up inside me. But it seems like a great way to cut your walking-around weight and to get your stomach good and slim.
