which is the strongest special forces unit?

some lists say Navy SEALS, some say SAS/SBS and some say spetsnaz, think israels are up there too... which is the best and why?

In the USA it is Delta Force .

I don't know so much about delta force , what's the difference between them and the SEALS? Read American sniper, goggins book (a bit of a slog towards the end) and just started The Operator but they were all ex SEALS

Disagree Delta Force recruits across all branches and units, and the skill sets they acquire is ridiculous due to being able to go to literally any schoolhouse you end up w/ an operator who can also take apart and put back together an engine . I would personally take Marsoc over any unit but that is residency bias .

There's about 250-300 delta force

3,000-4,000 rangers or MARSOC

6,000 green berets

Delta guys would get slaughtered
