My parents are from San Nicolas De Los Garza, Nuevo Le�n....and I've never heard of anyone getting killed for playing "certain corridos" that's just plain bullshit. Truth is, unless you're involved with any of the cartels, you have nothing to worry about.

Valentin elizalde was killed for performing the song a mis enemigos ( for my enemies ) in tamaulipas known zetas territory someone on YouTube made a video for the song showing zetas being killed. So when valentin sanged the song they sent him a note not to play it again before ending the night he played it again ...results zetas shoot up the truck he was in ...
