The reason I ask is because you would know about all the last gas taxes and how they were diverted to other projects. This was supposed to go to the roads this time and here we have that not happening.

It's ok, I'm down with this. Voters when hit in the pocketbook with all the fees and taxes CA is coming up with will make the dim party get voted from office faster.
