Homeowner's camera catched cop shooting suspect as he runs away

That kid was wanted for murder. Assumed armed and dangerous, the cops werent gonna take no chances at a daycare facility.

Dont run from the Cops!

But lets be real here, Idk the circumstances of why this kid ran BUT a lot of times people run from the cops due to warrants. A lot of warrants are issued because people cant pay fines and/or tickets, child support/alimony, dmv fee's etc. Its ****** to me for anyones life to be put at risk over money owed to a govenment. If this guy had a ****/murder warrant out, by all means Mr. Policeman catch or shoot the suspect. But local police & civilians shouldnt be put at risk for money owed to a beauracracy.

His life or that of someone else must have been in imminent danger. Thinking that someone is reaching for a gun is a far cry from actually pointing a gun at someone. Cops loses as the doubt is unreasonable in your senerio.

but notice how the good cops didnt do anything? so they're both bad cops in my books. aint no such thing as a good cops if he aint sticking up for what's right.

What more could good cop have done at that moment (hindsight is not used in court as evidence) ????
