As much as I am normally down for some flag waving I'm legitimately just curious.

Why are people getting nationalistic over a multi-national, global corporation?

Who cares if it started in the US or if they have labs in Europe?

I'd first heard of it in the troll thread I linked. I don't even know who that dumb **** is but I am on their ignore list so I must have made him cry before. I couldn't ask and it seemed all his pride was coming from an American company, which I felt like was odd so I asked here.

I'll make it more benign; if the BBC US made a show that swept the internet like a GOT or Mando it'd be kind of hard as an American to be proud of that. All American cast, all American crew, wouldn't help that BBC banner any.

Interesting you bring up GOT as it was filmed in N.Ireland UK mostly, and had mostly British actors........ but I still see it as an American production.

We can work together on these things and be a mix..... even semi_US/UK, blended together and working across borders...... just like Phizer and NASA does.

I'm still utterly confused by the -70 stored vaccine. Just dont understand it. A bunch of these vaccines are in phase III the cynic in me says they went declared first because they know their vaccine has some logistical issues.

Health care isnt even set up to give a vaccine like that in this country. The Army would have to do it.

Hope the world in general comes up with a better one.

Britain will go with the Oxford one the deputy chief medical officer has said basically. Which is what everyone has thought. Even if it proves not as effective. Logistics work better.
