Froch is not a warrior as much as Groves is not annoying.

Both statements completely proven false, this kid really finds new ways to disrespect a guy who has taken the hard route through boxing. There was never really no easy fights since Froch hit the big stage, besides Mack, which came after a loss, so I can't disrespect that.

So my question is what's gonna happen in the rematch if George doesn't put Carl on his ass again?
All this smack that George is talking is not backed up by what actually happened in the first fight. In the first fight the guy who was the stronger fighter when it mattered in the later rounds was Carl even after being put on his ass early on. George looked weak, had no pop left in his punches and was hanging on for dear life when Howard Foster stepped in.
Too much talking George. You are gonna look like such a fool when the rematch is over if you can't back up what you are saying. Chances are your boxing career is going down the toilet after this.....I mean how do you come back from that?
Enjoy it while it lasts cos the chances are that you are going home with your reputation completely ruined.
Froch walked right into that first right hand as he thought Groves didn't have real power. The reality was different and Froch was buzzed for a good 2-3 rounds after that, it wasn't really till the midway point that he got going.

I don't see froch doing anything different, he fights the way he fights. Groves is more of a question mark. If he paces himself better i think he wins a decision.

Groves seems to be able to really get under froch skin by behaving like a schoolchild.

No question Froch is warrior. The biggest of recent times in my opinion, an absolute legend.

But I feel this fight is a step too far for him, I don't think he'll win this one.

But I've said that about Froch before and been wrong, so you never know.

In the 6th round he was getting it.

I think he went into the corner after that round and said "*** me". I think that's the first time I've ever heard Froch saying something like that.

This is a wicked rematch, so interesting and so many ways it could play out second time round... TBH I'm tired of hearing from both fighters now tho, they should save it all for fight week now. One thing I would say as someone who is leaning more towards Groves, is he caught Froch as clean as he could've liked and teed off for a good few rounds after that and didn't come close to putting Froch away... So second time round he's got to box and move more, punish any low hands but not stay in the pocket, or Froch will soak it up and wear him down again.

Yeah that should be his gameplan, making froch miss, frustrating him, Froch jab was more or less completely ineffective against Groves which forced Froch to rush in and flurry to the body except not coming in behind his jab as he usually does it.

Froch will be more relaxed this time.

Not to mention that Froch is getting his biggest payday (and the biggest purse at 168 ever, I suspect)...

Froch is winning even if he loses this fight -- he may retire...

But Froch also wants to surpass "Calzaghe's legacy"...

if groves paces himself and doesn't gas he should beat froch fairly easy

but we all know he does gas and froch gets stronger so its a 50/50 fight

still think groves will take it on points or even ko if lands right
