Police are supposed to take you in to eventually get judged not judge you on the spot themselves. If they WERE supposed to judge folks on the spot I'd hope the government would hire smarter less petty mfers to do the job than those currently doing it.

Cops are allowed to use force when arresting a suspect resisting arrest. That does't change because someone is 14, the cop might not even know the age.
