    Charges mean nothing.

You can have serious charges and not get beaten up.

You can have minor offense and get beat by a cop.

I have been arrested on murder charges before. I didn't resist arrest didnt get beat up.

I had a friend who was jaywalking and got cracked with a night stick by LAPD.

Difference is I cuffed it up when told. He threw a ticket on the floor and tried to act tough to a cop. Instead of paying a fine, dumbass got beat up AND arrested.

It's not what crime or offense you commit.

It's how you act towards the cop.

Resisting is an act of aggression.....What is a cop supposed to do when a POS resists ?!?!?!?

''Please calm down so I can gently and politely place these hand cuffs on you.....''

Stop committing crimes and things like this won't happen. It's that simple.

The little foul mouth criminal most likely deserved it.

Of course the media and a certain group will say "he/she yung doe" and they din.. Well you know the rest.

Of course we have 30 second video clips, without any context to the situation. Classic.

Reality: Officer was attempting to detain the kid, the kid was resisting so the officer punched him in the chest a few times to soften him up. Kid was later interviews by the media and apologized to the officer. End of story.

Moral of the story: Don't resist a police officer. Cooperate and then present your arguments. The kid learned a good life lesson.

Sure you would. Then when he shoots you, another 30 second clip of that will also show how the cop is in the wrong, huh?

                  See my post above yours.

I watched cops yesterday and atleast 3/4 stops and searches were unconstitutional.

People either just walking down the street or sitting in a car not driving anywhere, cops approach them and start asking them hey what are you up to, what are you doing, why are you here, why are you in the car, ect.

They will just have ****ty public defenders though, so constitutional violations go unhinged.

Technically not unconstitutional since there are varying definitions and opinions on "unreasonable search" and "probable cause".
