              14 year olds are just misunderstood

              A 14-year-old boy has been charged with fatally stabbing Tessa Majors, a Barnard College student, during a park robbery near her school in December.

              It was the victims fault.

                      The constitutional right to be free from excessive force is found in the reasonable search and seizure requirement of the Fourth ********* and the prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment in the Eighth *********.
